Junior Show Program

The Brown’s Lake Aquaducks Junior Show Program is known to be one of the best programs in the area for young skiers.Children as young as eight years can join the program, whether they know how to ski or not. They will learn how to ski plus the basics of show skiing, so they can eventually join our main show team. In addition to being on the water, they will learn many skills off the water such as, team building skills and communication.

The young skiers get to show their talent every Thursday night at 5:00, starting the end of June through Labor Day, before the main show. The Junior Show is approximately one hour in length where they will perform acts ranging from two ski line, drop a ski line, pyramids, doubles, conventionals, ballet line, and more.

The practices start around the 2nd week in June when most of the kids are out of school for the summer. Junior Show Practices are every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon. Tuesday’s practice starts at 2:00 p.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m. On Thursday, the practice runs from 2:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. with a half hour break before the 5 p.m. show.

It is our policy to accept up to thirty children into the program so that we may give them the attention they need to progress as a show skier. There are times when we have a waiting list because of that policy. If you are interested in having your child join, or you have any questions, you may contact: Kaitlyn Ripple (membership secretary) at [email protected] or Patti Rogers (Jr. Show Director) at [email protected]
