2009 was a great success for the Brown’s Lake Aquaducks. We ended up bringing home the Division II State Championship title home for the second year in a row. It was a huge relief after the amount of preparation and dedication that our members commit to the success of the show. Since we won the Division II State Title two years in a row, we are now moving up to Division 1. Division 1 will be raising the bar for the Aquaducks to challenge, but we are ready to take the challenges that lie ahead of us. Since 2009 was such a great success for the team, it only means that 2010 will take a lot more effort and hard work to continue the strong advancements that the club has made in the past few years.

Although that our lake may be frozen right now, it doesn’t mean that our members stop working. We continue to fundraise and plan for the next season’s show. We are starting the new year by re-vamping our website. Be sure to check back soon and follow us on Facebook, Twitter, or other social networking websites for updates. Many other projects are being worked on through the winter months. Our theme for the show gets developed, our costumes get sewn, our props for our show get made, our skiers practice complicated pyramids in gymnasiums, and many other projects get worked on while we take a break from skiing. We just hope to see you come out and visit us soon!
